Terms of Service

By accessing or using RVLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

RVLab is a research platform for testing AI participation in remote viewing experiments. The Service provides:

• Controlled experimental environments for AI remote viewing tests
• Blinded protocols with locked outputs and delayed reveal
• Correlation analysis comparing AI output to hidden targets
• Session history and statistical tracking
• Multiple experiment modes (AI as Viewer, AI as Tasker, ARV)

Important: This is an experimental research platform. Results are provided for research and educational purposes only.

We make no claims about whether AI systems exhibit genuine psi-like capabilities. Correlation scores indicate statistical pattern matching, not validation of any particular claim about consciousness or anomalous cognition.

You should not use this Service to make important life decisions, financial investments, medical diagnoses, or any other consequential choices.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to run remote viewing sessions
• Different AI models consume different amounts of credits: Standard models (1 credit), Frontier models (3 credits)
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active
• Credits are non-refundable once used

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit (session data, impressions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
